To help keep canine companions safe in the dark, this lightweight band fits comfortably around the neck and emits a brightly colored glow. Internal LEDs shine through the refractive band, making it radiate a gentle but highly visible light along its entire length. It can be set to glow continuously or flash, and you can cut the band to size with scissors, forming a ring 12" to 27" in circumference.
Runs on replaceable button-cell batteries (included), good for about 60 hours of continuous use. Although designed for pets, they can also be worn by children to add a measure of safety (as well as fun).
