Invented in Chicago and brought to life by a Kickstarter campaign in 2013 (then the most successful campaign to date), they were originally billed as "the minimalist key ring with maximum strength."
Front and back plates are 3mm thick, assembled with two stainless-steel posts, screws and a pair of expansion screws to increase capacity to up to 14 keys. The posts unscrew with a coin so you can change up your keys and tools.
Comes with a loop ring and bottle opener (each uses one key space) as well as a removable pocket clip. Additional accessory tools are available separately.
