More difficult than it appears, the challenge of this puzzle isn’t just in fitting the pieces together to make an image – it’s also in figuring out which of the six sides is part of the image you’re working on. Each face of the 1 5/16" cubes carries a part of one of six illustrations depicting common trades: cobbler, baker, cabinetmaker, joiner, blacksmith and tailor.
The 35-block set is a close reproduction of an antique wooden puzzle from around 1900. For those who normally use a puzzle’s box top as a guide, we have included copies of all six illustrations. Supplied in a wooden box, the puzzle measures 6 5/8" × 9 1/4" when complete.
