Cutting a cake horizontally to divide it into layers or level off the dome can be a challenge to do freehand. This stainless-steel leveller simplifies both tasks.
It has a sharp scalloped blade that permits clean cuts without crushing or tearing, and a sturdy frame that keeps the blade taut and level. Markings on the frame let you adjust the cutting height of the 14 1/2" long blade from about 3/16" to 2" in 3/16" increments.
