Description
There are a number of reasons these professional-grade piping bags are considered the best on the market. The thin yet strong food-grade silicone is supple and slightly elastic, making it not only easier to fold and twist than traditional piping bag materials but also more durable – it won’t split or tear. Because they are heat resistant, the bags can be used with hot fillings (and reheated in a microwave). The inside surface is smooth to allow the filling to flow through consistently, while the outer surface is textured for sure grip.
The silicone material resists absorbing stains or flavors and is quick to clean by hand or in a dishwasher. The small bag is about 14" long and the large bag is 18" long. Both bags are compatible with standard decorating tips. Made in Italy.
