This simple tool makes fast work of preparing pastry dough.
Its seven strong, thin triangular blades cut through firm butter with ease, quickly blending wet and dry ingredients to an even consistency. The curved frame lets you scrape the sides of a mixing bowl, and the large rubber-coated handle provides a comfortable grip.
Made from stainless steel with a matte finish, it is dishwasher safe. 5 3/4" tall overall.
