Butter Making Set

This item is not available for this region.

This set combines the tools you’ll need to make homemade butter.

The butter churner is a hand-cranked device that lets you quickly and easily make your own butter. Just add fresh heavy cream or whipping cream to the jar, secure the lid and turn the crank until the cream thickens to a solid. Includes recipes for flavored butters.

Freshly churned butter contains traces of buttermilk; if left in excess it can cause the butter to spoil more quickly, so we supply a pair of butter paddles to make it easy to knead, press and shape the butter. The grooved surfaces allow excess buttermilk to drain away.

The churner and paddles are also available separately.
