When it comes to making broad zucchini noodles and vegetable ribbons without a mandoline, nothing beats a Y-peeler. Its 3" single-edged stainless-steel blade glides along vegetables to deliver wide, thin strips with minimal breakage. The pivoting blade angle self-adjusts as pressure is applied, offering improved control.
Made of thermoplastic elastomer, the non-slip handle is comfortable to hold with either hand, wet or dry. No python grip is needed when peeling tough-skinned vegetables such as rutabaga, butternut squash or eggplant, or when shredding cabbage.
Dishwasher safe.
