At first glance, a small orange rectangle seems an unlikely choice to include in your kitchen utensils drawer.
Yet we found this tool to be an excellent helper, useful for a range of tasks, such as transferring chopped ingredients from a cutting board to a bowl or pan, dividing quantities into smaller portions, and scraping stuck-on bits from surfaces.
Made of a slightly flexible, seamless piece of BPA-free polyethylene, it has two rimmed edges that make it easy to grip; the other two are bevelled to help lift material as you scrape.
About 5 1/4" × 3 3/4" × 1/8" thick and dishwasher safe, it comes in a package of five.
Even though we call them "food prep" scrapers, you’ll discover uses for them in places other than the kitchen.
