61U5006 - 6mm 60° Parting Tool
Produced by one of Germany’s oldest tool-making firms, this professional-quality parting tool is in the style traditionally favored by European carvers. The natural finish hornbeam handle has excellent impact resistance, and its octagonal shape gives a secure grip and prevents rolling on the bench. The fully polished blade is hand forged from high-carbon steel, hardened to Rc61 for durability, and requires only final stropping.
With a 60° V-shaped section, this tool is for cutting grooves, finishing corners and outlining patterns.
