Description

This magnetic hammer is handy anywhere work needs to be secured with one hand while tacks or brads are started with the other. It has been traditionally used with a webbing stretcher. Tacks are held on the magnetic hammer tip for starting, and are then driven home with the larger, non-magnetic end.

Both tips have 1/4" thick steel faces for durability. The magnetic end is a scant 3/8" and the non-magnetic end is about 1/2" in diameter. Nicely balanced, the hammer is 10 5/8" overall with a 7 oz bronze head and a wedged hickory handle.

Made in USA.
