Radius Dishes

Constructed from a dimensionally stable MDF/hardboard lamination and CNC-machined to a precise curvature, these radius dishes are invaluable for doming the soundboard and back of a guitar.
They can be used to construct a fixture for gluing the braces, or faced with sandpaper to shape the side/end block assembly to the matching curve.
The dishes are sealed to protect against moisture and to let you remove adhered sandpaper more easily. A cloth band glued to the edge helps prevent damage in storage or handling.
Three curvatures are available. All are 24" in diameter and 1 5/16" thick.
We offer a 25" square sheet of cloth-backed 50x aluminum oxide sandpaper that can be applied with spray adhesive (sold separately).
Dishes are made in Canada.
