This is the first time we are offering a true left-hand tape measure – but it's not just for left-handers.
When you hold it in your left hand and extend the tape with your right, you can mark against a right-to-left scale that is facing you – a configuration that also works perfectly for cut-off work if you’re right-handed. And unlike most tape measures, the tape faces forward when clipped on the left side of your body.
The rugged ABS case fits comfortably in the hand, and the 10' × 3/4" steel tape has wear-resistant markings (graduated in 32nds along the first 12" and in 16ths for the remainder) with a matte finish for easy reading.
We also offer a 10' right-hand tape (which, of course, also happens to be useful for left-hand cut-off work). Right- and left-hand versions of a 25' tape are also available, as are metric and combined Imperial/metric tapes in 10'/3m and 25'/7.5m length.
And as good as it is to have one of our tape measures in the workshop, better still is keeping a few in convenient places around the home, which is why we’ve applied discounted pricing on purchases of five or more of the same tape.
