05P3180 - #80 Cabinet Scraper Blade

Though it has been out of production for more than 40 years, the Stanley #80 cabinet scraper remains a tried and true workhorse in many workshops. Since finding a replacement blade can prove difficult, we decided to make one to fit most major brands of #80 scrapers, including all those made by Stanley from 1898 to 1984.
The 2 3/4" wide blade is made from 0.055" thick high-carbon steel, hardened to Rc48-51, with two finely ground 45° cutting edges that can be burnished to form a durable hook. Because it has two working edges, you can prepare both at once, reducing the frequency of sharpening sessions. A simple retrofit, and an affordable way to breathe new life into a classic tool.
Made in Canada.
