About Veritas seconds: this stock of our pocket plane (05P6501) has some minor cosmetic flaw – a scratch, a pit in the casting or tiny blemishes – but the plane is functionally perfect. Quantities of seconds are limited and expected to sell out quickly.
Just 4 1/2" long and 1 1/4" wide overall, and weighing less than 11 oz, this plane is aptly named – it’s small and light enough to carry in an apron pocket all day. Admirably suited for delicate trimming work, such as model and instrument making.

- Bevel-up configuration and a fully functional combined feed and lateral adjustment mechanism
- Oversized lever cap registers in the palm of your hand for comfort and control
- Bed angle of 15°
- PM-V11 steel blade is just under 7/8" wide
