86N4262 - JessEm Router Fence Micro-Adjuster
Compatible with the JessEm Mast-R-Fence system, this optional mechanism lets you make precise fence adjustments of as little as 1/512" (<0.002") by simply turning a dial.
While such fine precision may be overkill for many router applications, using the oversize knurled adjustment dial is certainly more convenient and reliable than making manual adjustments by trial and error. Of course, for joinery, where there’s no such thing as “too perfect,” it allows a degree of repeatable accuracy not ordinarily possible – a particular advantage when aligning the outboard sub-fence to the bit for jointing small parts.
Made in Canada, it uses components machined from stainless steel housed within a machined aluminum body with an anodized finish for long-term wear resistance. For attachment to a Mast-R-Fence II, an adapter fitting is sold separately; for Mast-R-Fence III, no adapter is needed.
