08K3491 - Mirka 3" × 4" Dual-Density Sanding Pad
Used for hand-sanding applications, this durable cushioning pad is made of a soft, pliable foam on one side and a firm, dense foam on the other.
The soft side readily conforms to contours for even sanding of rounded and profiled surfaces, while the firm side permits more aggressive sanding on broad, flat areas, letting you go from one type of surface to the other without having to switch sanding blocks.
Used with hook-and-loop-backed 3" × 4" abrasives, the 1 1/2" thick block permits a comfortable grip, reducing hand strain when sanding for long periods. Can also be used with a Mirka 3" × 4" soft grip-faced interface pad behind the abrasive for additional cushioning on contoured surfaces.
