A durable all-around abrasive available in a wide range of grits, Mirka Gold is highly resistant to loading, shedding and wear. The semi-open-coat aluminum oxide abrasive is bonded to a tough paper backing with a resilient adhesive that helps retain the abrasive particles, and a stearate coating inhibits abraded material from clogging the surface, so one sheet goes a long way.
Suitable for use on a wide range of materials, including wood, non-ferrous metals, fiberglass and painted surfaces, the 3" × 4" grip-backed sheets can be used in woodworking applications for surface preparation as well as sanding between finishing coats.
Available in nine grits. Priced per sheet.
