Using the wrong size of hex risks damaging the fastener – which is why it’s worthwhile having a full range of both Imperial and metric sizes. This economical set combines 22 sizes of durable S2 steel hex keys with our hex key handles, which provide a secure, comfortable grip when applying torque.
Hex Keys:
These hex keys have good reach (ranging from 4 1/4" to 6 3/4" long, proportional to size) and a ball end that lets you use them at an angle to access fasteners in tight spaces.
The two sets include the most-used sizes: Imperial in 0.05", 1/16", 5/64", 3/32", 7/64", 1/8", 9/64", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4", 5/16" and 3/8", and metric in 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. And since hex keys tend to scatter, each set is supplied in a sturdy plastic case.
Hex Key Handles:
Our hex key handles can be used two ways: perpendicular to the long arm of the key, providing a pistol grip for better torque, or in line with the long arm to use like a screwdriver for faster turning.
Made of durable glass-filled nylon; keys fit into appropriately sized slots in the handle and are held in place by rare-earth magnets.
Includes a small and a large handle to fit metric keys from 1mm to 10mm and Imperial keys from 0.050" to 3/8".
