Gift cards can be redeemed online, by phone, by mail, and at our retail locations in Canada.

1. Redeem Online

• Enter your gift card number on the payment information screen. Multiple gift cards can be used.
• When your purchase exceeds the amount available on your gift card, we require a credit card to pay the balance.

2. Redeem by Phone/Fax

Call or fax us with your order details and gift card number.

Our telephones are staffed Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday (Eastern Time). We are closed on Sundays. Answering machines are used outside these hours. Our fax machines are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

3. Redeem by Mail

Send in a copy of your order with your gift card number.

4. Redeem at Lee Valley Stores in Canada

Bring your gift card or a copy of your e-gift card and present it to the cashier at checkout.

If you have a paper gift certificate that was purchased prior to October 2005, you can continue redeeming it by mail order or at our retail stores in Canada. You are welcome to exchange the paper gift certificate for a gift card, if you wish to shop online. Please contact us for more information.
