It’s made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, with wire-reinforced rolled edges for strength and rigidity. The baking surface has a nonstick coating made of food-safe, BPA-free silicone, and the seamless construction makes for easier clean-up. The 15 3/4" × 11 1/8" pan makes 12 standard-size muffins or cupcakes.
