Creating miniature versions of a classic dessert, this pan yields 12 individual serving-size Bundt cakes with an attractive braided design. Like the full-size Bundt pan, the unique mold shape not only creates distinctive open-centered cakes that lend themselves well to various fillings and decorations but also helps them bake uniformly. The central channel and thick cast aluminum walls help distribute heat evenly, and the non-stick coating makes it easy to release the contents neatly with all the crisp details intact.
