EV315 - Bigoli Cutter for Marcato Pasta Machine
An optional accessory for the Marcato pasta machine, this cutter lets you create your own homemade bigoli noodles with ease and speed. A traditional Venetian favorite, the round noodles are similar to spaghetti, but are slightly thicker (3.5mm or just over 1/8" in diameter), with a rough texture that holds sauces well.
Made of chrome-plated steel with anodized aluminum rollers, the cutter slips into the slots on the pasta machine so it’s easy to attach and detach as needed. Made in Italy.
