EV316 - Lasagnette Cutter for Marcato Pasta Machine
An optional accessory for the Marcato pasta machine, this cutter lets you create your own homemade lasagnette noodles with ease and speed. Similar to fettucine, the broad, flat noodles measure 10mm wide (just under 7/16").
Made of chrome-plated steel with anodized aluminum rollers, the cutter slips into the slots on the pasta machine so it’s easy to attach and detach as needed. Made in Italy.
