While an assortment of small drill bits is always good to have, you generally don’t need a multitude in every size under the sun – what you really need are the right ones. That’s why we put together this 30-piece set that covers the range required to pre-drill for screw sizes #2 through #10.
Since 1/8" bits are among the most used, we’ve included a higher quantity of that size. Likewise, because small-diameter bits are more delicate, you get even more of the 1/16". In all, the set includes ten 1/16" bits, eight 1/8" bits and four each of 5/64", 3/32" and 7/64".
Made in the USA by Triumph, these bits are accurately ground and made of high-speed steel for excellent durability. Not just for wood, they can be used in plastic and metals (except hardened steel). Bits are shanked to size, in lengths ranging from 2" to 2 3/4". They are supplied in a plastic case that has six movable dividers and can be readily repurposed for small parts storage.
