Kreg’s line of Ionic Drive cordless tools runs on long-life lithium-ion batteries that deliver a combination of ample power and run time. The high-efficiency 20V brushless motors power through difficult tasks without binding or stalling. Circuitry in the battery senses load on the motor and adjusts torque, delivering additional power in demanding situations and helping conserve battery life under lighter loads.
Designed for versatility and control, this cordless oscillating tool performs a range of cutting, sanding and trimming tasks with precision. It has six speeds, from 7000 to 17,000 oscillations per minute, to suit a range of materials and applications.
To help reduce hand fatigue, the trigger switch can be locked on for continuous operation, and the overmolded housing provides a secure, comfortable grip. The tool accepts standard blades and attachments. Changing open-backed attachments is accomplished without tools, making the process quick and easy. You simply lift a lever to disengage the locking nut, swap out the blade, and re-engage the lever. Closed-back attachments are changed by removing the locking nut.
An integral LED light helps you see what you’re doing in low-light situations, and the all-metal gear housing protects internal components for durability.
Comes with a 1 1/4" × 20 tpi wood-cutting blade. 3-year warranty.
Batteries and battery charger sold separately. Two battery capacities are available: 2Ah for when the tool needs to be light and maneuverable, and 4Ah for increased run time.
