This cordless pocket-hole joiner combines portability and precision, letting you work conveniently and efficiently. By integrating a powerful drill and jig into one tool, it provides the speed and control needed for clean, repeatable joints, whether you're working in your garage or shop, or on a job site.
Fence and drilling depth adjustments are tool-free, making it easy to position pocket holes accurately on panels, rails and face frames in stock from 1/2" to 1 1/2" thick. Pocket-hole depth is easily micro-adjusted to compensate for small deviations from the preset thicknesses. A narrow rail guide lets you locate the tool precisely on narrow workpieces, and retractable spring-loaded support feet provide stability when the workpiece is offset from the reference surface. The HSS drill bit has a 3/16" diameter by 1/2" long pilot and a 3/8" diameter counterbore. An included snap-in shroud connects to a 1 1/4" vacuum hose.
One 4.0 Ah battery and a standard charger are supplied with the joiner. Also compatible with Kreg’s 2.0 Ah battery (sold separately). Both the battery and charger have electronics that monitor temperature and voltage to ensure efficient charging, while protecting the battery from overheating or overcharging.
