Yellowheart (Euxylophora paraensis) – Also known as pau amarello, it is a light-colored wood with a distinct golden yellow hue. Hard and generally straight grained with a fine, even texture, it is easy to turn and finish but tends to dull tool edges fairly quickly.
Nominal measurements are 3/4" square by 6" long.
