Pipe clamps are both economical and versatile; this one has the added virtue of elevated feet with a wide stance to prevent tip-over and give clearance when rotating the handle. It has a durable Acme-threaded hardened-steel screw, well-finished cast parts, and non-marring jaw pads. The tailpiece comes with four spring-loaded clutch plates for quick and positive adjustment.
Attach to 3/4" black gas pipe (not included) that is threaded at one end; clamp length is limited only by the length of pipe you use. Load ratings are 2800 lb on standard pipe, 3800 lb on extra-heavy pipe.
